This book was a great read, and right up there with another YA gem, Wonder. I especially liked the way this book could deal with a tragedy as large as 9/11 Eleven. book the /5. Eleven by Patricia Reilly Giff is a great mystery. The title symbolizes the age of Sam MacKenzie, the address of the children's home in New York where he lived after his mother died and the chimney stacks on the children's home formed an eleven.
